A: The Basic Plan costs $99 per year, The Fantastic Plan costs $135 per year,

Q: How long does it take to complete my site and get it online?
A: If you have all your materials together, you website can be up and running in less than two weeks.
Q: How many images can I have?
A: This depends on your package. Additional images can be added for a charge of $5 each.
Q: What is "branded e-mail"?
A: Branded e-mail is a term used to describe the e-mail address that you will receive when you sign up for your account. For example, if your web address is: http://www.yourcompany.com your e-mail can be you@yourcompany.com. Copies of all e-mail from this account can be forwarded to any other e-mail address of your choice.
Q: Can I update my website myself?
A: It is not recemmonded that most users update sites on their own. If users feel comfortable with html it is possible for them to update sites themselves (exculding The Basic Plan). Keep in mind that if you attempt to update your site yourself and accidentally create an error in the code, you website may display incorrectly in browsers, and you will have to pay a service fee of at leat $50 to correct the problem.
Q: What is a contact form?
A: A contact form is a page online where users can enter their name, address, phone number, and other information which can be sent to an e-mail address of your choice. You can also have places on the form where visitors can type in questions, comments, and make selections using checkboxes, and other web form elements.
Q: What is search engine submission?
A: After your website is launched, we submit your website's information to search engines including Google, Yahoo, and Msn.
Q: What are website statistics and how do I check them?
A: Website statistics track the number of visitors to your site, where they are coming from, which pages they visit and how long they stay at your site. Site statistics also allow you to compare traffic on a daily, weekly, and monthy basis. To check your sites statistics look at our statistics tutorial.
